Saffron is manifested by four devoted foodies, determined to bring a restructured, lighter feel to the Indian Restaurant industry. Our vision is unique because we have experienced and grown simultaneously with different culinary cultures in our daily lives. Our aim is to deliver an exceptional dining experience incorporating the Western techniques and flavors we experience outside our homes and blend them with the traditional spices and aromas we are accustomed to within.
